Resort Policies

Deposit Policy: A 50% deposit will confirm you vacation. Deposits due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of booking. All other cancellations forfeit their deposit.

Check In:   Cabins - Sunday-Friday 2 PM, Saturday 3 PM.

Check Out:   Cabins - Sunday-Friday 9 AM, Saturday 8 AM.

If a guest checks in early or checks out late, WITHOUT prior approval they are subject to a charge of 50% of the daily rate for the accommodations reserved.  Late checkouts may be available upon request.

Camping check-in and check-out time is 12:00 noon. We Reserve the right to charge $10 per person for day guests. Site numbers are subject to change without notice.

Cabin rates based on 2 person occupancy.

Camping rates based on 4 person occupancy. 

Towels are NOT provided! Toilet paper IS provided. Clean bed linens and pillows provided with extra blankets in each cabin.

Remember to bring: All towels, tall kitchen garbage bags, paper towels, soaps, coolers, extra pillows and warm clothes. There is a charcoal grill, picnic table, two lawn chairs and fire-ring provided at every cabin. Fire-ring and picnic table at every campsite. Cabin kitchens include all necessary pots, pans, silverware and utensils. Refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, microwave, coffee pot, coffee filters in every cabin.

Minimum age to book accommodations or equipment is 21.

Minimum age to book and operate rental boats 21.

Late Check-Out:   Late checkouts may be available upon request.

Docking Policy:   Private boats may be docked for $15 per day or $90 per week.

Pet Policy:  Well behaved pets {and their well behaved owners} are welcome, in PET FRIENDLY cabins only {see cabin descriptions when booking} and in the campground. There will be a $20 daily or $100 weekly charge for pets in the campground, a $40 daily or $200 weekly charge for pets in the cabins. Pets MUST be leashed at all times, cleaned up after and kept quiet! We reserve the right to charge per pet. To avoid a $50 cleaning fee, please bring extra linens to cover any beds or furniture utilized by your pets.

Smoking Policy:  If there is damage or smoking in the cabins or boats, there will be a minimum $300.00 fee.

Taxes:   Applicable taxes subject to change without notice.

Damages: All tenants will be held 100% responsible for any damages done to the property. All broken screens incur $50/damage fee. All dead batteries require $25/battery change fee.

Cleaning Fee: All rentals, including equipment, must be returned clean before inspection. To avoid a $50 cleaning fee please be sure to pick up all trash, tidy the space and gather all belongings.

Cabin O' Pines Resort Inc. is NOT responsible for loss or injury due to fire, theft, accidents or any act of God which is beyond our control. Customers assume ALL responsibility for loss or injury while using any equipment or facilities provided by Cabin O’ Pines Resort Inc.

 

Privacy Policies:
Cabin O Pines takes every precaution to protect our customers' information. When customers submit sensitive information via website, it is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information, such as a credit card number and/or social security number, that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, when you are just 'surfing.'

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a reservations specialist) are granted access to personally identifiable information. All employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added; our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers' information is protected. Finally, the servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure, locked environment. We guarantee that with each purchase you make, any personal information you provide is secure. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. In the unlikely event that you are subject to fraudulent charges as a result of making a reservation at www.cabinopines.com, we will cover your liability up to $50. This applies only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own while using cabinopines.com's secure server, and providing that you notified your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

www.cabinopines.com's secure server uses the latest industry standard encryption software (SSL) to protect personal information. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number and name and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet.
